There are a bunch of n00bs coming out of protection near my newer villages. Is it ok if I talk to the stronger/more active ones about possibly joining the alliance once they get stronger?

I could even help some out w/ personal NAPs if I think they are worthy...

ive noticed that wings of RWAC keep losing good players. im just wondering about why this is happening, if there is anything we can do better to keep strong players with us?

also i think i have been noticing new strong allainces who are allied mainly with the kami/brew group getting formed recently. how are these alliances getting their players, and what can we do to get some of theirs?

Most of those alliances forming up with Kami/Brew are NOT strong players.

they may be big players, but most of them are weak kneed, chicken livered, yellow bellied weenies..... they are scared of big bad brew and Lami Kami


Some of the players that I know of that we lost, One strong one had to give up travian coz of RL issues.
A few we have kicked recently for not being active.
One deleted because .... I dunno.....he was so scared of the upcoming brew attacks?

Karloff, our recruitment officer, is in charge of dealing with checking them out and approaching them.

I'd like to suggest Tobh. He's been a good neighbor and his three villages are right next to 3 of mine so I'd rather he not go to the darkside. He's a little below 1200 but I think he'd still be good. Fritz 523 is another in the area that might be a potential recruit.
